Let's do something different.
We've all seen the timeless beach portraits of those living their best lives by the water. But wouldn't it be more fun if they were in the water? Or how about if the photographer was in the water with them? Well, my clients and I have lived this experience many a time, and-not once-did we not have a blast. Photos from this unique perspective are candid, filled with genuine laughter, and packaged as great memories. I took this series of photos with an iPhone, and a Nikon; in addition to lighting her with a combination of natural and artificial light (flash photography).
The underwater portraits were from my iPhone and then edited using Adobe Lightroom post-shoot. The portraits above the water line were taken with my Nikon; might I add I was still in the pool with her the entire time!
