Jasmine

And so here we are, welcoming 2021 with warmth and optimism for what's ahead. I hope you all are off staying safe while finding time and opportunity to enjoy each others' company....including your own!

I know, I haven't been active at all in regards to keeping you all updated with my written entries and photographic endeavors, so let's just say that I promise to do better...starting right now!

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of photographing the lovely Jasmine. I had previously photographed her two other times in 2019 and 2020, and we both have enjoyed each others' energy each time. Then again, all my clients and I enjoy each others' vibes, which is no surprise.

It's taken me a couple of years-of active photography-to truly sculpt my signature style, and I believe that I just about have it...although I have this feeling that I'm not quite there yet. The progress never stops, although I've reached a higher level of content and pride with my work.

There's just something about portraying mood and subjectivity within one's work. I constantly strive to master this art of blending these elements into my art, and feel quite accomplished when I do. I feel the following photographs of Jasmine truly capture my progress. What do you all think?
